They basically reneged on their promise to never do this kind of thing again from Wednesday. https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflares-abuse-policies-and-approach/

Avoid Cloudflare. They are not principled. They are a liability.

Totally agree. Who would trust them now when they so readily bend to social media pressure. It'll be interesting to see what their stock price does, might actually go up. There's a lot of bad PR on kiwi farms and most people are under the impression this banning was a good and noble thing.
