It’s hard to know. Autistic people tend to have poor social skills, and they tend to take things literally. Of course, there are exceptions. Many have learned to be critical of what they hear or see. On the flip side, a high-functioning autistic might recognise that transgenderism is bullshit while a low-functioning autist might not even comprehend transgenderism. People look at Chris Chan, but even among autists he is a really special case.

People with Asperger’s might be more susceptible to transgenderism. Again, I could be wrong. But Aspergians tend to fixate on things, are more prone to getting sucked into cults than neuro-typical people because they want a sense of belonging, and tend to have a rigid set of rules. There can also be Aspies who recognise that transgenderism is bullshit. But I’m speaking in general terms.

Then you also have the fact that a lot of trannies, enbies and such are just plain narcissists. They’re neuro-typical, but they self-diagnose themselves with having a condition so they can have more victim points. They happily base their self-diagnosis on having traits or Asperger's. Most people have at least one or two traits of Asperger’s. Unless you have been properly diagnosed, you’re not an Aspie.

Narcissistic and neurotypical are mutually exclusive.
