I feel like I have a phantom horn growing out of my forehead. Does that mean I have the brain of a narwhal?

Don't get me wrong i agree with you fully.Imo the biggest trick i feel trans activist have done is try to make gender dysphoria different from body dysphoria in general.It's amazing how wanting to cut off your penis is some how not the same as wanting to cut off your finger.

Yeah, it is. As I've heard many people observe these days... "If you wouldn't give an anorexic liposuction, why would you cut the dick off of a guy with gender dysphoria?"

As of now the only other treatment is the permanent cure: death.
