From the title I thought they were going to say some 4chan troll invented non-binary as a prank on society, which would make total sense.

But I dunno what this is. Where's the proof he's the first non-binary? Also the before-pictures they show of him look like standard low-effort AGP tranny, not non-binary.

He's the first person in the US to get non-binary status in law.

That's on the books. If you have an earlier case bring it.
