This is because the T is not well liked, even amongst the rest of the letter soup.

To be fair, in real life there's no such thing as a "LGBTQ+ community", because the members of each letter prefer to hang out between themselves rather than with each other. All of this was nothing more than a farce, a political creation made to push certain causes by association, nothing more.

I also noticed that LGBT "community" actually hate and distrust each other very much. There are lots of division and competition there, these people are not united in the slightest. The invasion of troons just worsened the situation even more. It's quite hilarious, actually.

This is what happens when you try to artificially unite several unrelated groups together with a flimsy justification.

Even gays and lesbians were historically parallel but separate communities, even though both are made up of homosexual people.

Troons weren't even allowed to enter Stonewall Inn, which by the way, was a place frequented mostly by white affluent men. It was never the diversity melting pot activists and historial revisionists try to paint it as.

When I first entered fandom back in 2020, I found myself immersed in a group of LGBTBBQ++ people. You are entirely correct. They all hate each other. There is no trust, no coherent identity, and everyone has a different definition of what makes someone LGBTBBQ plus plus. For example, that fucked up community can't even agree what makes someone trans. Are non-binary people trans? Who fucking knows. Do you need gender dysphoria to be trans? One side says yes, the other side says hell no and you're a bigot for even suggesting such a hateful thing!!!11!! Are asexuals LGBTBBQ or not? Fuck if those people knew. I don't know how the fuck a lack of sexual attraction makes someone LGBTBBQ, but hey, it's 2022. You're queer, I'm queer, my dog is fucking queer. The community has whitewashed and stripped its own words of any and all meaning. Wonder how that's going to work out for them in the future.

This community doesn't even have its own shit together, yet they expect everyone else to bend to their every wish and desire. It is so disgustingly privileged.

Not anymore. Democrats aren't real liberals, Republicans before 2020 were a lot more liberal by the authentic definition. But as usual the Democrats played the name game and stole the "liberal" label despite really being socialists.

They are more Liberal than ever. Just because they pander to what some might call "social leftist" activists by giving speeches in front of BLM signs or kneeling in Kente cloth doesn't mean they legislate that way or believe in leftist policies at all. Bernie Sanders is the closest thing you can claim to get to a "socialist" but his policies are more that of a social democrat. You still have at least a level of democratic socialist then socialist. And at that all the mainstream Democrats hate Sanders. They are all right wing Liberals and neocons who play up a performative image of caring about minority communities. That's why they love talking about race or trans issues. It's very easy to visualize melanin concentration or men in dresses by putting a token individual into the oligarchy and saying that solves racism etc. They just would never actually do anything about the underlying problem because then it would require a class based analysis.

Some time back, on the OG TiA, I once asked another person (who said that they were gay) why, if they were so utterly tired of being lumped in with the headcases currently driving their "community," they didn't get out there and do something about it? His response?

"I'm too busy living my life, I don't have time to let people know that these other people don't represent me."

Okay, fair enough, but then why are you complaining that Joe Public thinks you're a perverted faggot just like those sideshow acts on display at the pride events? I mean, you don't want to take action to counter that perception, so the inevitable consequences are yours to deal with, right?

(He didn't like that much, and whipped out some bullshit rebuttal about how if I'm not a racist, I shouldn't have a problem with taking time out of my life to countermarch against white pride types. I don’t have much time either. I work from 09:00 to 17:30, I have a one hour commute to and from work, and I have livestreams to watch. I still have time to tell people that I don’t like the LGBT movement in person. I can understand hiding your power levels at work so that you don’t get fired, but you can still tell family, friends and the people down at the pub your opinion on the matter.

Honestly, I wouldn't share anything about my personal life at work these days, no matter what it was. Entirely too many people looking for something to be offended about, and you just don't know what will put a burr in someone's ass anymore. Even something as innocuous as mentioning a tabletop RPG could spiral into some "orcs are racist expies of blacks, and you're a white supremacist for that, and I'm going to HR to warn them about you" bullshit.

Mmhmm. It helps that I work in a small firm. We mostly talk about sports and we make jokes. It also helps that I live in Ireland. We are liberal as fuck, but we like taking the piss out of each other, so being easily offended is not an option. But if I lived in California or Canada it would be another story for me entirely.

There was somebody on Reddit I believe who had an NB at work ( in academia ) get on Twitter and back stab him publicly, complaining that his coworker "mansplained" something to him. The commenters advised him to update his resume and act like he had one foot out the door.

    A straight guy I know has a girlfriend who claims to be non-binary, but she doesn't act non-binary around him because he doesn't play.

    Saw an NB on Twitter some time ago who had half her head shaved, and colored hair and her mental illness diagnoses in her bio. She even had to mention her abusive past at the hands of her parents. Yeah, we know why you're really NB, because you hate yourself.

      That's another thing that doesn't make sense to me, I can see how their sexuality would usually be abnormal from messed up hormones, but when they usually have a perfectly normal sexuality for their natal sex that's quite suspicious.

      Many mtf hide their cross dressing at home because it's a fetish. Then they only do it in public when they know they are going to be celebrated.

      Yes, they drop the act in real life. People who merely want attention or have a fetish are only going to do it in spaces where it benefits them. The rest don't wave the pride flag everywhere they go and at least make an effort to pass; even if they can't they usually just appear more androgynous, and you'd probably never know. It becomes obvious when they try to dress like an uwu anime gurl as if that's normal and not an obvious male sexualization of women, while also often not even doing as much as shaving their beard, and obsess over being trans and having a "girl dick" which they really shouldn't be so in love with if they're really women as they say they are.

        None of the lgbt people I know actually go to pride. They're not even into all this shit that much, they pay lip service to it, and know to be offended if you do not also pay lip service to their indoctrination.

        As for the people, it might just be that they go to locations where pride is held just for the party. But like the other guy said, LGBT is no so much a community as a bunch of different ones that have little interest in each other but kinda rubs shoulders now and then. Back in the day there was a lot more unity, maybe because gay rights struggles applied to all. And now it's become a marketing label for corporate woke points and various party politics.

        My bf was part of the original Pride protests. He stopped going because it became a commercial enterprise and ceased to be a protest.

        The Chappelle bit about the Ls, the Gs, the Bs and the Ts has some validity to it

        Basically it was always something of a marriage of convenience between lesbians and gay men, since they had a shared goal they wanted to reach. Then everything started to go to shit once they let the bisexuals in, without clarifying that it was contingent on them being in a same sex relationship. That and the similar failure to clarify the inclusion of the T was based on most of them at the time being self hating gay men (or at least the ones that actually hung out in gay spaces) is what allowed straight people to come in and now they're the majority

        I'm glad I don't see them here, ever. I live in a conservative county and city, and if they're out there they're closeted. I think I saw a zoomer lesbo couple at home depot, but I wasn't sure. One of these girls had a shaved head, while the other was pretty fem. They were polite as well.
