How about if a kid asks, you say "Do you have a penis? No? Then you're not a boy." And that's the end of that conversation.

All the biology you need on this matter, every other scenario is an edge case or abnormality and sets no precedent with regards the larger population. This used to be uncontroversial and I’m not sure why we have tolerated the shift, these people are worse than flat earthers and should be treated as such.
