This is why I, as a gay man, stayed as far away from anything Pride-related as I possibly could in June.

Same. I didn't go to a pride parade in my city. My sister, who is bisexual, went to it when her friends, who are either bisexual, non-binary who trans lesbian (straight male). It wasn't for me as a gay man.
