Woke segregation ... What could go wrong...

Lawsuits would be my guess. I'm pretty sure this sort of thing violates anti-discrimination law somewhere. Just gotta have people sue for it. If nobody pushes back it won't go away.

Lawsuits would be unlikely to succeed in these cases: Unless someone can conclusively prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that these safe spaces have something that the non-segregated spaces does not have in turn or better. [That's why segregation was ended- not because it was segregated, but because they could prove the school districts funded the whites-only schools and left the black-only schools to rot.]

The real lawsuits to fight are the job listings that openly say "we want [x] group, anyone else need not apply."

Doubt it, denying access to public accomodations based solely on race is illegal in Indiana. Public accomodations defined as anything open to the general public.

Does this count? Are they using public buildings at a convention center. I think this is on very Shakey legal ground.

Plus you can always sue for emotional damage. I was denied entry because of my skin color and it hurt my feelings so I need 1,000,000 dollars.

I identify as the P in BIPOC
