I definitely have to censor myself a lot when dealing with these kinds of people, so oversensitivity is 100% on the mark. And the hypocrisy, holy hell, and the cognitive dissonance. I talk to some of these people and they legit have no problem with JKR getting rape/death threats, doxxed, etc, and they don't have a problem with other women being treated the same way because "they said the wrong thing". They're on "the right side of history". God I hate that term.
