Corporatism undermines capitalism. It undermines the conservation value of ownership.

Shareholders have no say in decisions of a corporation. They can only vote on appointed leadership.

Conservatives democratic values have been sanitized out of via corporatism.

I'm not disagreeing with your general message.

Although I don't think that capitalism and fascism are mutually exclusive.

I think that capitalism is predicated off of the interests of the bankers (capital), and their interests depend upon the political climate if the geography/era.

The capitalists would have been fine with the fascists winning WW2.

Edit:. Interestingly the capitalists also funded the Bolshevik take over of Russia. They play many angles...
