Right, so Elon Musk is not relevant and a liar?

There's 8 billion people in the world. Many of them, like musk don't have any legal expertise.

Most of them, unlike Musk, haven't been shifting towards a pro Trump position, and boosting anti-Democrat misinformation.

Some 'debate' this is.

What?

You think because you've found one individual in the world, with no expertise, and considerable bias, who's views I don't take as particularly relevant, therefore the debate is of little value?

What about your opinion? Isn't that worthy of supporting?

You've claimed that you can't imagine how anyone might see that Trump has committed the crimes. But you're avoiding explaining how you think that what he did isn't a crime.

Should I assume that you now agree that he did make those payments to affect the election?

Some 'debate' this is.

How sincere do you think it would be to ask:

Do you think everyone should be allowed to shill for corrupt rat scumbags, or just the u/ActuallyNot shillbot?

or

Do you claim that the scheme to try to use the 'justice'(!) system, time and time again, until something sticks, against the most likely-to-win candidate, just happened, or not?

Let's discuss! :/

Musk's opinion isn't particularly relevant, and we can't ask him how he understands that, and if we did, I suspect he would lie.

But you seem to have a point of view that your refusing to discuss. Do you claim that catch and kill scheme and the payments to Stormy Daniels and to Karen McDougal just happened to occur in an election year, but were nothing to do with the election, or not?

Again: You claim that catch and kill scheme and the payments to Stormy Daniels and to Karen McDougal just happened to occur in an election year, but were nothing to do with the election?

How the actual fuck can you not believe it. It's plain as day. As the jury decided.

And how the actual fuck do you claim that 12 jurors, unanimously agreed that it was true if you think it's not possible to believe?

You understand how jury selection works?

And how the actual fuck can you have followed the trial enough to know that it's happened, but not know how sound the prosecution's case was sound, and what little defence Trump mounted was shot down by his own witness Robert Costello?

If actual Justice were to prevail, that bag of corrupt rat scumbags, which have colluded in this traitorous misuse of a country's justice system, should all be indicted.

But, here, as with the persecution of Julian Assange, the actual criminals are imbedded in the system, controlling the process.

This politically-motivated joke of a trial, of a presidential candidate(!), establishes the USA as no better than some African or south-American banana republic.

Nobody really believes that Trump is the one that's interfering with the election, not even you.

He's been found guilty. That's on top of everything that was never charged in the Mueller report.

To say nothing of the much more serious crimes that are still going through the courts of him attempting to overthrow the election that he lost.

Interfering with the election is mostly what Trump's about. After enriching himself.

Unless you're that stupid, which would be hard to believe, yours is a dishonest/shill (petītiō principiī) question.

You claim that catch and kill scheme and the payments to Stormy Daniels and to Karen McDougal just happened to occur in an election year, but were nothing to do with the election?

And you think that anyone who doesn't think that is stupid?

That's kind of ironic.

It's just too evident that without all the contemptible dirty tricks being thrown at him, President Trump would easily be reelected.

Dirty tricks like having a jury of his peers unanimously find him guilty, after giving him more leeway to attack the judge without being locked up for contempt than any other criminal?

Dirty tricks like spending a year trying to get him to give back classified documents before getting a search warrant?

Dirty tricks like having the supreme court delay the Jan 6 case on ground irrelevant to the actual case?

No?

Those aren't dirty. Those are giving him more than anyone else would get.

It's ironic that those that traitorously use the justice system, again(!), to try to interfere with US elections ... also claim that that's what their target itself is doing.

The justice system is not interfering with elections. Quite the opposite. The prosecution of Trumps crimes is much delayed by political interference with the process.

As I'm sure you know.

I would not have advised voting for Trump before.

Good. He's a criminal.

But now, after this 'trial', I want Trump to win, just so that the bag of corrupt rat scumbags puling the strings here can be punished.

Because Trumps a criminal, you think there's a "bag of corrupt scumbags pulling the strings"?

Brilliant.

Who?

They have merely proven that the swamp does indeed exist.

You think when criminals are found guilty there is a swamp?

Therefore only if criminals are let off on technicalities or allowed to close the investigations into themselves, or pardon themselves, that there isn't a swamp?

Do you realize how much that doesn't make sense?

She's saying the same thing as Taylor Miles, Donald Trump repeatedly sexualized his daughter Ivanka Trump..

Richard Cohen also claimed he said "Is it wrong to be more sexually attracted to your own daughter than your wife?"

Trump said of her in a rolling stone interview "Yeah, she’s really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren’t happily married and, ya know, her father…"

And he said "I don't think Ivanka would do that inside the magazine although she does have a very nice figure. I've said if Ivanka weren't my daughter perhaps I'd be dating her" in an interview with the view.

And he behaves more creepily than most with her in public.

Just a quick memory = I had been here to USA for just a few weeks and couch surfed with buddy and his family up in Cottonwood AZ the small burg just down the road from Sedona. Wearing my red MAGA hat I went into local bar and strange chick came right at me with finger pointed like a weapon and said loudly "TRUMP HATES GAYS THAT HAT MEANS YOU SUPPORT TRUMP AND I AM GAY SO THAT MEANS YOU HATE ME AND WHY?" Looked like a typical fat dyke lesbian bitch and I also loudly asked her "can you offer me and all here an incident where Trump showed hate to any gays anywhere and anytime? Just one example please will do just fine". She stared at me as though I were brain damaged and screeched "EVERYONE KNOWS HE HATES GAYS!!!" and again I asked "just one example of that please. Any point in time of world history. Educate me and all of us". She just stood there with mouth agape and I grabbed my booze and walked away. During the next few months there in CW she never got near me again thank goodness.

Then your motivation is as patchy as your logic.

Faking electors and forging the documents is obviously an illegal way to try to win an election. Trump also breached voting machines, pressured officials and election workers in an attempt to get them to make false statements that would bring into question the results, and pressured officials in an attempt to get them to change the votes tallies.

I don't understand why you think those things are legal, they're not.

If one of your acts is "he tried to change the outcome of an election by telling people to watch the news" then the rest of the acts are, necessarily, worth less than toilet paper.

No that doesn't follow. You can only make conclusions about that one act.

And the conclusion by the prosecutor is it was an over act in the furtherance of the conspiracy. I tend to agree. This wasn't legal lying about the outcome of the election. It was lying with a view to bringing people to the capital on Jan 6 to disrupt the process of accepting the electoral college votes, and to threaten Mike Pence and the members of the house of representatives.

This is lawfare and you are a victim of it.

It's illegal to try to overthrow the election. If you've made a conspiracy to overthrow the election, acts in furtherance of that conspiracy are also illegal.

they indicted him for telling people to watch the news.

I missed the one about telling people to watch the news. Could tell me which page it's on?

There were a lot of allegations in all the crimes and all the details of those crimes in the indictments. So he may that may well have been amongst the allegations. An act committed in furtherance of an illegal conspiracy is illegal, whether or not the act itself is illegal.

It's not illegal to buy a gun, but if you make a plan to kill someone with a gun, and that you will buy a gun for that purpose, then buying a gun is illlegal.

It's not illegal to drive a car, but if you make a plan to drive a getaway vehicle after your colleagues rob a bank, then driving that car in furtherance of that plan is illegal.

It's not illegal to tell people to watch the news of itself. But point me to the part in the Georgia indictment that mentions that, and we can discuss why the prosecution thought that it was illegal. If indeed it is amongst the acts enumerated in the indictment.

Edit: I just searched the indictment for the word "news", and come up with one hit.

Act 100.

On or about the 30th day of December 2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP caused to be tweeted from the Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump, "Hearings from Atlanta on the Georgia Election overturn now being broadcast. Check it out. @OANN @newsmax and many more. @BrianKempGA should resign from office. He is an obstructionist who refuses to admit that we won Georgia, BIG! Also won the other Swing States." This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

Is this the one you mean?

It appears that Trump is repeating knowingly false claims about the election in order to recruit people for the insurgency.

But it's also one of 161 acts in furtherance of a conspiracy that any one of would prove the first charge against at least some of the people charged. And that's only the first of the 41 counts brought in the indictment.

If they specified a different count for every letter of e.g. the tweet where he told people to watch the news in furtherance of the conspiracy it could be 41,000 counts

If.

It's bullshit and you're not smart enough to smell through it.

Okay. Let's start at the top.

Introduction

Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.

That's the introduction to count 1 of 41, the VIOLATION OF THE GEORGIA RICO (RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS) ACT, O.C.G.A. 16-14-4(c).

What's the bullshit here? The crime exists.

The False Statements to and Solicitation of State Legislatures happened. We have records of the hearings.

The False Statements to and Solicitation of High Ranking State Officials happened. We have testimony of those officials.

The Creation and Distribution of False Electoral College Documents happened. We have the false electoral college documents.

The Harassment and Intimidation of Fulton County Election Worker Ruby Freeman happened. That's why she had to move house.

The Solicitation of High-Ranking United States Department of Justice Officials happened. We have recordings of the conversations.

The Solicitation of the Vice President of the United States happened. We have testimony.

The Unlawful Breach of Election Equipment in Georgia and Elsewhere happened. We have electronic forensic evidence and video footage.

The Obstructive Acts in Furtherance of the Conspiracy and the Cover Up happened. The details of the acts are laid out in the following 51 pages.

So I'm having trouble understanding what the bullshit is in the case of the first of the 41 crimes. Can you elaborate, what your specific problem with it is?

Or do you want to concede that that one isn't bullshit, and we should go on to count 2?

If they specified a different count for every letter of e.g. the tweet where he told people to watch the news in furtherance of the conspiracy it could be 41,000 counts

It's bullshit and you're not smart enough to smell through it.

You think prosecuting the crimes laid out in such detail is malicious prosecution?

I'm not following your reasoning. Do you think the 41 counts of crimes in it, including 13 against Trump, aren't crimes?

It would be disappointing if its removed to federal court. The chances are very much against it.

The prosecution is not malicious. A conspiracy to commit election fraud and turn the votes in Georgia from Biden to Trump is very much illegal.

Impersonating the electoral college electors is illegal. Faking official documents to say that they are the genuine electors is illegal. Breaching voting machines is illegal. Knowingly lying to public officials is illegal. Georgia's rico act is broad enough that organizing to do these things falls under the act.

Even if the case is moved to federal court (again, unlikely), they will be applying Georgia law, and the case looks very strong:

The good news is that presidents won't be able to pardon him on these charges, because they're state charges. And in Georgia to apply for a pardon "You must have completed all sentence(s) imposed upon you at least five (5) years prior to applying and have lived a law-abiding life since the completion of your sentence(s)." The chance of Trump living a law-abiding life for five years after he gets out is negligible, and by then he would have served his sentence.

Good on Georgia. This case is particularly clearly laid out, and the choice to allow cameras in the courtroom appears to be a concession to transparency, which is needed against trump's attacks on the legal system.

But there were six other states in which Trump had fake electors. And if he was doing that surely he was trying to breach voting machines, attacking innocent officials and trying to get people to misrepresent the voting totals in other states as well.

Where are the charges for those state crimes?

Thirty-one of the counts accuse Trump of willful retention of national defense information. He is also charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice; withholding a document or record; corruptly concealing a document or record; concealing a document in a federal investigation; scheme to conceal; and false statements and representations

The indictment estimates that Trump’s trial would take between 21 and 60 days.

1/ Starting today, the Donald J. Trump channel is no longer restricted and can upload new content. We carefully evaluated the continued risk of real-world violence, while balancing the chance for voters to hear equally from major national candidates in the run up to an election.

2/ This channel will continue to be subject to our policies, just like any other channel on YouTube.

Agree. I've been advocating this position for a long time. This website is a step above.

Some immediate exceptions: your site is only about joining with external email address, and the title is GET INVOLVE
D
(really, the D is separated :-D :-) what's that supposed to mean?

The current icon image (a blank blue circle) for this post is lame. Try this one: https://static.wixstatic.com/media/9e7723_5ca758e651c646c4bbfdf0adbfe6402a~mv2.png
I retrieved it from your website file.

Why have you not done the obvious and created a subsaidit titled secession or some variation of same? Your site is not interactive to a public audience like some kind of social media, and here we are, doing this is a cinch.

Since you have shown us this website, and I've got a body of evidence on the topic, am resolved to post a collection later (I'll be back.) Will edit this comment with a link.

Ah, yes, sorry. I forgot about all the other links in your post. I was referring to the article by Sylvain LaForest, which I now see was from Nov. 2019. So much has happened since!
Now I feel the shadows are larger and darker, and Sylvain's suggestion of revelations that were to come now seem poignant.
My comment, "better get going; not lots left to burn" was more about the events since, the fraud, the betrayals, the seeming fumbling of the potential recovery team (read Patrick Byrne's tale of his experiences with Rudy Giuliani's bunch) ... it adds up to a slowly flattening tire. I'm having a hard time imagining how one event (the CPAC address) could overcome the inertia of the whole storyline since. It's a great thought though.

This seems like a very cogent analysis. As on a few other occasions, I worry a little about any explanation that comes this close to revelation. "If you're really gonna do it, don't talk to anyone about it. Just do it."
Also seems to have been written before Covid struck, though I might be mistaken about that. Couldn't find a date.
Anyway, if the Phoenix is going to rise from the ashes, it had better get going; there's not a lot left to burn.

While I freely agree the Q phenom is a psyop, I absolutely disagree it's created by FBI, and not CIA, nor any other standard intel agency. Q is officially NGO, but manned by GO ops. The goal of Q postings is a spiritual aid for sufferers of the current ruling class psy-contagion which might be called Deep State Oppression. FBI is way too lame to create Q posts. If you take time to read them, the quality is much above the crassness of say, 'Crossfire Hurricane', a proven flop.
