Maybe he won, the US population lost?

I think that you're correct. It certainly depends upon your perspective, and I doubt the Saidit community agrees with much that Rumsfeld did/does.

BTW: I learned of this little nugget from Unwelcome Guests episode 701 (I think).

In my opionion, Unwelcome Guests is a more sophisticated version of The Corbett Report, because while the content is similar, UWG presents more of the original source material and doesn't tell you what to think about the info (at least less often). So, more experienced listeners can better form their own opinions with the facts presented.

The Corbett Report is more suited for less experienced audiences, and is more of a crash course of info that can quickly help uninformed audiences catch up on enough of the facts to make informed opinions.

Unwelcomed Guests gets a score of 12/10 for quality and content. Respect!

The notable exception is the man-made climate change content, cause that's another hoax. Demonstrably; given the hockey stick hooligan refused to submit his source data. That's the only legit reason to hide that info. :-/

The correct measures for the "wars":
1. War on Poverty = More poverty
2. War on Drugs = More Drugs
3. War on Terror = More Terror

Yep. That's the reality of political doublespeak.

The oligarchs support it.

Just add one more to all the other wars the USA has lost.

Worked for him. He's not poor.

The rich get richer strategy is ancient.

He's the guy who announced that 2.3 trillion dollars were missing from the Pentagon budget on Sept 10, 2001.

The day before 9/11.

The bomb that blew up in the Pentagon (not a plane), actually blew up the naval offices that were investigating the missing trillions...

Not a coincidence.

He greatly reduced poverty among the elderly. Maybe you just want old people to eat cat food.

This is comedy. The trend among elderly was already going down significant starting in 1959.

    • The downward poverty trend from 59'-69' leveled off during his tenure.
    • Poverty increased for children under 18, which is the most critical period.
    • Poverty leveled of for adults under 65.
