Interesting list of requirements. There are also numerous Muslims who don't do this. But those who do also include numerous Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Christians members of other faiths in Asia, Africa, the Americans and the Middle East. Perhaps that's 4+ billion people who don't use toilet paper and instead prefer other materials to clean with, or to wash or also shower after #2. There is also the 3 shell method. Economic circumstances are the leading reason for a lack of toilet paper.

Would like to see the science behind both:

  1. clean the ass with hands + water then clean hands

  2. apply the shit all over the butt area with a wipe and keep being filthy until it gets probably cleaned in a shower or never
