Interesting list of requirements. There are also numerous Muslims who don't do this. But those who do also include numerous Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Christians members of other faiths in Asia, Africa, the Americans and the Middle East. Perhaps that's 4+ billion people who don't use toilet paper and instead prefer other materials to clean with, or to wash or also shower after #2. There is also the 3 shell method.
