I only started using Reddit last year shortly before the purge, so I have no knowledge of what has happened to other subs in the past. I have always supported free speech and been critical of tech censorship, but I have to say if you are going to limit your allies to purists who spoke out from the very beginning, your movement is not going to grow very big or go very far.

Completely agree. Sometimes people just don't know this stuff is going on.. because it is censored... that's nobody's fault, except the fault of the people doing the censoring, i.e. big corporations.
