Nobody has room to store those tanks. Additionally, one would need a permit for those.

No mention of levelized cost of storage, which makes it an anecdote and worthless.

Odd that it does not got shifted into Baja.

Baja could basically generate infinite amounts of steel and aluminum using the excess California power.

The State of California is doing everything it can to increase suffering among is residents.
