You have to be careful with this stuff because likely most of those employees want more censorship and their own political narrative pushed.

They don't actually want the company to do good, they want it to remake the world as they'd like it.

Everyone who ever worked for them should be held liable for their crimes. Even the janitor. I would even go so far as to extend that to everyone, and I do mean everyone, involved in the making of The Social Network.
