Norway, I don't trust the other country (the government, not the people).

But with how Sweden and the surrounding area is having problems, I fear Norway might have problems as well. But yes I probably would trust norway slightly more, but Switzerland has a proven track record of server security/privacy as well. The elite from across the world hide their data and money there for a reason.
