I put a lot of users under the same umbrella. By that, I meant they have all been perceived as shills or whatever, and got banned for that reason. I didn't mean to imply that they all actually are shills. That was my whole point: authentic people get caught in the crossfire this way. To ensure that this doesn't happen, I propose remaining friendly even when you're convinced they're a shill (so long as they remain reasonable in their communication). The distinction should be irrelevant because we should treat everyone in the same way.
