Perhaps one way to avoid the direct crypto thing but have it available would be to have user pages / profile pages / vanity pages where a user could post their own stuff. This might include crypto addresses, avatars, other contact info, sites, bios, interests, etc that might one day be utilized in the future somehow.

TIL. That might explain the lackluster responses from the 2 or 3 times I pinged a paragraph's worth of folks.

All emojis are squares to me. Might be my Brave Browser.

Squares probably mean that your OS can't properly render emojis, what OS are you on?

Win7 until I get a new box for Mint. Long overdue.

Mint is, in my opinion, too easy, and doesn't convey the joy of Unix as much as a standard (direct) distribution of Linux, and being the third child in a distribution tree just adds a bunch of unused features, if you're new to Linux, just use good 'ol Ubuntu LTS instead of a fork of Ubuntu. Else if you're experienced with the Unix ecosystem, then just install gentoo, be warned though, configuring a Gentoo installation takes at around 1 day.
      Also, systemd is shitty bloat
