Can we ban the /user/rainbow80 account? It's the same old bot posting the same old library of attempted divisive messages. And when it comes back (because it will) keep hammering each new account with bans until the person who makes the accounts gets bored and quits.

      It gets banned, comes back, etc. You have to stomp these repeatedly until the bot owner gets bored and goes away.
