Does the sun have a surface? Transverse waves, Helioseismology, CMEs, X-Rays and Flares!

PLASMA, did you say? I have no idea why, but people ignore the most common form of matter when doing this seismological analysis of the earth and the sun.

Gas does longitudinal waves, too. By excluding gas and plasma from their models (quite why, I have no idea) they de facto exclude bubble/hollow models from their consideration.

Its all hollow :D
