Since men refuse to ask for alimony how can you possibly prove women are treated preferentially?

Show me an example of a woman asking for alimony and being denied it. An example where she wasn't already clearly the breadwinner.

I will celebrate victory right up until the point where you conclusively prove me wrong. All you've done is continue to try and fail to prove anything, and make personal attacks.

And I'm not your buddy.

Listen here buddy, don’t get short with me.

Ps. Yeah buddy I know you'll continue being sexist beyond all logic it's one of the many reasons feminists refuse to debate with you, you like to pretend you don't have a vested interest in keeping sexism alive and well.

It quite clearly says:

The man has agreed to pay her maintenance of Rs 12,000 per month for one year

Completely proving the point of the article wrong. What else do you have? Got any other ways to try and fail to prove me wrong?

Actually it clearly says:

A city court asked a woman to look for a job, saying she was qualified and capable and should not put financial burden on her estranged husband, a decision that could spur a debate on India’s alimony system.

She was not granted the alimony that she wanted, because women aren't just handed money by judges like you claim they are.

So like you're cherry-picking again.

But like I said, I get it, really hard to prove men are treated unfairly when literally the only documented thing standing in the way of them and alimony is them being too sexist to ask for it.

She wasn't granted the alimony she asked for, but she was still granted alimony. I asked for an example of a woman being denied alimony. Not the amount that was asked.

Its really hard to prove that men are actually correct. I know. Its hard work being a feminist who can't just delete the arguments against you. Tough life of privilege.

You know what you are totally right, it's very clear that women need men and not the other way round.

You keep your chin up there little buddy.

You'll make it to your promised land one day.

Great, so you're admitting that Radical Feminism is nonsense and needs to go away? Good to hear that we have reached an agreement. You can go ahead and change your username now.

No, I'm just tired of talking to you and am going to eat dinner with my wife and then work on my horror novel in which men are murdered in bloody and completely unjustified ways.

It's what radical feminists do every night.

I'd give you the address of the website on which we post the stories... but...

Well... you know...

Chin up buddy.

PS. best of luck on getting my posts banned... I mean, they were very mean too you... and that is very upsetting...

So you admit that you can no longer attempt to make any counter-arguments against me? Good to know that I have won this discussion.

You can go ahead and change your username now. You have admitted that Radical Feminism is nonsense and the world no longer needs you to fight for it.
