According to this article, Russian civilians were killed on the bridge. Two parents were killed and their daughter injured.... Russian civilians. This could incite the Russians to attack Ukraine even harder. The previous time the bridge was attacked, Russia responded by hitting multiple cities in Ukraine. So what now?
