You need an interest, other than escaping inceldom. Women love you, you just don’t know that yet. You will escape inceldom, when you realize you were never an incel.

You need some kind of hobby, the gym can count. Like you can do gym dates.

These are all things that guys who get laid do. They have a good profile, they have hobbies, and they have confidence. And they have practice dating.

This is a process. And you have to expect to be turned down. But it will be a growing process, and you will feel better abiut your self after.

I've practiced dating. I've done Tinder, I've curated my profile, posted my interests, tried to show myself as an interesting and well rounded person. That hasn't worked out for me.

And now I'm fucking 50 and it still hasn't worked out for me. I thought my failures were because of some secret knowledge I didn't know, some secret knowledge you were gonna tell me.

It's totally learnable if you have self-control, because it's just behaviors. (thoughts and maintaining beliefs being internal behaviors, and precursors to external behaviors) Whether RMM can teach that is a different question, although his comment and plan sound credible.
