Legally, you don't have to say shit to the cops. They can only arrest and detain you if you're being charged with an offence which wasn't the case here. The cops were in fact trespassing on the guy's property without a warrant. The real shit for brains is the one who doesn't know his rights. Dein antwort ist blöd.
