He stole detergent from a store. Shoplifting. This is a Mike Brown situation where fighting with the cop gets you killed because you grab their weapon. Suicide by cop.

There's no blood. No entry wound. No exit wound. It's a training video, and they are pretending it's real.

There's even a narrator who highlights the various segments, for training purposes.

It's a video of what not to do.
