Kink culture is the aftermath of internet porn, and wouldn't be nearly as prevalent without the ever-present need for validation--male approval. I've known a few guys who were into BDSM, yet for some hidden moments they felt ashamed. Some cry. They know it isn't healthy or normal, they know it comes from a dark place. Finding a new partner and getting her to agree to try and evolve a BDSM lifestyle requires coercion and grooming, because he knows before he even speaks to a new girl that he wants her to eventually do those things, however she may feel about it. Males are horny perverts who want to play with women's bodies as much as possible. We're toys to them to poke at, and the fact that we're conscious beings just feeds their power-hungry egos at the same time. It is a dangerous way to normalize sexual violence, I agree. It glosses over the fact that men want to beat on women and inflict pain, the fact that laws require them to get permission and we call it 'kink' is the only socially acceptable way for them to do it.

The type of feminism you are talking about, liberal--I suppose, is another way for women to survive in society, imagine they are liberated AND still get some male-approval and validation. I think about male approval as the only real currency women have to work with in life. Men give other men respect by default, benefit of the doubt, acknowledgement, trust, and money. Even the rare men who willingly give these things to women know they don't have to, that most men don't, and they probably cherry-pick which ones to treat as full people (usually the ones they find attractive). That's why there is so much competition, clinging to youth, and bitterness in women. Their value depends on how much male-approval (proof that they are good, real, whole, and valid people) they garnish in this society. That's why "angry feminists," lesbians, overweight and older women are treated as so unimportant, hardly even there, sometimes in the way. They are invalidated. Men don't want them. That's a form of suicide in society, hence pickmes, kink-culture, liberal feminism...anyway I hope they build their robotic waifus really soon and leave real women alone.

I think you could make great books or blogs, you should go for it!

This kinda reminds me of that Bernie sanders article when he was still a deadbeat incel in the 70s.

He had all these graphic scenarios. Weird take

Yea, I know, GTFO and GTH to be directed at me, but I've wondered if the ever-increasing ageism, in tandem with sexism, media (including social), and female socialization, brought us to this sick point.

My eyebrow raised at the chant "Don't trust anyone over the age of 30" when I was a preteen in the US in the 1960's. That was just marginalization of yet another group in my eyes. We're critters of biology and evolution; we pass along knowledge verbally and in writing. Breaking the interactions between the generations, has, for many, IMO, led to youth having to "reinvent the wheel" in many areas, especially in regards to women's hard-learned lessons about men. (And haven't we learned by now that opportunistic males will do anything to disadvantage women? "Don't listen to her!"). A portion of the population are idiots, a portion are geniuses, most are schlubs just doing the best they can, but almost all have experiences they can recount as warnings. Women in the past, who were, in effect, owned by, or, at least, were dependent upon men, learned, knew, and spoke "the score" louder and more frequently than women today, in my experience. Because they lived in oppression. My grandaunt, born well before the turn of the century, spent many years as a brothel whore. Her assessment of men was similar in content and intensity to her (married-young and for a long time) female relatives; cynical, mocking, biting, fierce, and sad. Unfortunately, bodily functions and intimate health details were not discussed, but wariness of men was.

Young women have a wealth of potentially self-protective information, both at their fingertips, and for the asking, though who knows for how long with censorship ramping up.

Not sorry, but I've long had this disdain for narcissistic young women who bought into the 3rd wave feminism, ever since its start; willful ignorance, coupled with believing men rather than women - not a great life strategy, IMO.

Edit words Also, are conversations even happening anymore? Time constraints, electronic distractions, wokeness demanding a single narrative...

Think about it: going braless/topless in public, being porn stars and prostitutes

Wow. You're conflating going bra less with pornography? Breasts are part of the human body. The problem is the overwhelming sexualization of women's breasts, not whether or not they're restrained (or presented in a male-gaze-appropriate position, stating as an old woman).
