Physicians have a shockingly high proportion of engagement with this insanity. I've never met a man (=human male) with a cervix, but such a simple statement goes whistling past the heads of these people trained in treating the biological form of humans. Refusing to respect simple biology by those tasked with caring for it is a great demonstration that there are parts of the human mind - immune to cognitive processes - which are dominant over the more rational parts we think of as representing who we are.

I have a relative who's a faculty member of a med school. They have to accept this crap for the grant funding.
The rest of the med community accept whatever comes out of the ivory tower.

I had a conversation about a month ago with a physician in a social setting, and she was a true believer. She honestly viewed all the surgery and the procedures to be the "compassionate" thing to do with physically healthy but unhappy people. "First Do No Harm" seems to have no place any more in the minds of people like this doctor.

They did away with the Hippocratic oath in some schools.

The top-down, hierarchical, Pyramidal, Corporate Paradigm permeates all cultures and institutions: religious, political, economic, academic, medical, media, social media.. to dominate people's minds and conversations, to usurp all. Here's a proposal for focus -- so as to not be usurped.

The proposals are reasonable, but the overwhelming majority are accustomed to the top down structure.
They're comfortable with their servitude.
What's the catalyst that will get them out of their comfort zone?

"If you build it, (you increase the odds that) they will come" If you don't build it, the odds that they will come: 0
In any case, the proposed Focus Algorithm is meant for people seeking change.
