The top-down, hierarchical, Pyramidal, Corporate Paradigm
permeates all cultures and institutions:
religious, political, economic, academic, medical, media, social media..
to dominate people's minds and conversations, to usurp all.
 
Here's a proposal for focus -- so as to not be usurped.

The proposals are reasonable, but the overwhelming majority are accustomed to the top down structure.

They're comfortable with their servitude.

What's the catalyst that will get them out of their comfort zone?

If you don't build it, the odds that they will come: 0
 

In any case, the proposed Focus Algorithm is meant for people seeking change.
