Had it early February, when there was "no known cure". Whatever "it" was.
Now I know there was already HCQ, Zinc, Vitamin-D, etc.

How I see it:
From blood-test and symptoms it seems that it was already around during summer 2019.
And I also think it was spread from many places at once. And for most people was over when the sun came back in spring 2020.
The WHO likely waited until the mostly harmless virus spread all over the world, so they could pretend that there was a pandemic. They needed the false-positive tests to make people believe the scam. So even people with drugs-overdoses could be added to the covid death list.

Interesting thoughts.

Do you remember the vaping crisis right before the COVID crisis? People getting sick, dying. From vaping?

I remember that. Then it went away as Covid-19 became known.
