The whole culture that immediately rose up around masks/vax, especially on the vax side. It seemed like within a very short time, vaxxed people started immediately calling for non-vaxxed people to be rounded up and or denied medical treatment. The rush to dehumanize one side of the coin was shocking.

Not a vaccine example, but I thought the story about prisoners in NYC digging mass graves for fake COVID deaths in refrigerator trucks was a bit much.

You wouldn't pay prisoners to dig mass graves.
You'd use a backhoe.

Frankly, I think most of the worst stuff I've seen was from narcissists pushing their moral superiority on social media, not government propaganda. Dancing nurses. Doctors with 5 masks on. Those teaching unions, yuk.
