Convicted felons who have served their time (and aren't on probation) ought to be able to defend themselves with firearms, too. That may be slowly happening, but most places they are prohibited for life from anything beyond black powder (which is an absurd time capsule regulation that defeats the argument that they shouldn't have weapons)

Similarly, punishing the unvaxed this way is without due process. At least they're consistent.
