If he is not getting paid for doing this show on Twitter, he is in not of breach of contract. He is exercising his 1st Amendment right

Wouldn't they be breaching their terms by NOT having him on the air?

This reminds me of a former employer that had a contract* that said you couldn't work in the entire industry for 12 months after leaving, even if you got fired. They basically articulated that the entire industry was a potential competitor, even if not currently offering competing products or services. No one took it seriously. People trying to use the gov to enforce non-competes should be laughed at in court.

Tucker should move to a right-to-work state, where non-competes are invalid.

Most non-complete contracts are non-enforceable. Sometimes, it depends on which U.S. State you are in. They can't keep you from working and don't always keep you from taking your customers to a new job.

The weak-minded take this as a sign that he is "legit".

Admins should never use the abbreviation "lol".

Nobody except teenage girls should use the abbreviation "lol"

Think I missed that in the janitors handbook.

FoxNews has shown that they allow their employees to use Twitter. Tucker will win this one, although it's probably part of his exit negotiations plan.
