"nope the fuck out of there" is coded language for don't smoke weed and jerk off with dudes, and other shenanigans.

Edit: If the request is made by a seemingly attractive female, then it's more tempting offer.

However, it's probably a dude in drag, because most attractive women aren't into openly pushing "weed", and it's probably a setup. You don't want any of that.
