    Not sure. I know that some East Asian countries are like Thailand with the Thai shemales, and south Asian countries such as India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh do but they have what were once called eunuchs, transvestites, or hijra but they now call them all "trans".

    Brasil also would push the trans stuff or started a long time ago before the USA and Europe did.
