I don't get this point of coming out as autogynophiles or whatever. Do people come out at BDSM or foot fetish enthusiasts?

To be fair, if this fetish requires having the same surgeries as 'trans' people, this might be somewhat noticeable and require more of an explanation to people in your life than bondage or foot stuff which seems like it would be a lot easier to keep private
