Serial numbers are just pieces of paint. How do these pieces of paint prove that the missile was fired by the Ukrainians?

Possible explanations:

1) Russian saboteurs fired an actual Ukrainian missile

2) Russians painted some Ukrainian-related serial number on their missile and then fired it

What's your response to that?

You can claim Russia made it out of lego if you want to but until you can show what Russia had to gain by handing the west another anti-Russia propaganda coup then you are just thowing baseless speculation at the wall in the hope something might stick.

If you take the liberty to speculate, give others the same courtesy. We don't know what happened really.

I'm just amazed how sure here everyone is about who did it. Russian army is no stranger to war crimes. This behavior wouldn't differ much from what we've seen so far.

Flagged for spreading the racist myth that non-yt people are capable of committing "war crimes." For it to meet that qualification, non-yt people must be on the receiving end. When on the giving end, it's not a "war crime." It's social justice.
