He's a biological man that is showing great disrespect to women. He shouldn't even be posting on the 2X sub in the first place. His stated desire to shower with women is a sexual perversion. It's not at all about how he identifies but is instead about invading women's privacy. His response to being told this shows that he is delusional. He doesn't respect women so I don't respect him.
