It's complex, but here's one more partial take on it. IMO, it's a deviant kink and the vast majority of these fetishists fail in their pathetic attempt to make themselves more desirable via misrepresentation. The few that can come close to being moderately attractive are false advertisers. Rarely are they ever actually attractive as "women". Most become even more hideous than they ever would have been if they'd stayed a disappointing male. The nefarious corporate media push to support these perverts emboldens them while stirring discord in society, as intended.

Lipstick on a pig is a waste of lipstick and generally people should not fuck their food, especially after it's digested.
