Are people (on reddit) really that dumb?

Askng stupid questions a search engine could answer. Asking stupid questions in general. Is it a psyop or are people (on reddit) really as dumb as they appear to be?

Oh no, they certainly are not as dumb as they appear. They are far dumber than that.

In general, yes. However, sometimes you want a relevant reply from a person rather than a generic search result. Btw, I've submitted your question to a search engine...

People on Reddit are mostly 13-22 years old so yes, they are dumb.

Same as Ruqqus, then.

Surely a rhetorical question, one I've asked myself.

Shills ask dumb questions, or have meaningless conversations, cause they wan'o bury real conversations in a mountain of trash.

Sometimes I get the impression most Reddit comments come from paid shill farms or something.
You are far more right about that then you could ever imagine! There are literally hundreds of paid shill farms all over the country, all of which are run by the Democrat Party, believe it or not.

It’s become very evident on programming subs when the Indians are awake by the kinds of “I need the helps” posts appearing. So yeah, they definitely are.
In fact, it’s like a rear view mirror. They’re dumber than they may appear.

I noticed this on Yahoo Answers long ago. Students were saying, "internet, do my homework for me." They didn't bother to do anything, they just asked and watched the answers magically appear.
Why bother researching when you can have someone do your work for you?
Why even bother going to school if you can't do the job you got the degree for. (Imagine having a degree in Math and not being able to even do simple addition, subtraction, multiplication or division. What's the point?)

Stop asking questions that you already know the answer to.

This is a common misconception. You think the point of a forum is to get an answer, but the point of a forum is actually to facilitate discussion.

There's a reason feudalism was the standard for as long as it was. The majority of people in the world are dumb and have to be told what to do, else they can't function.
If that's true then how did the United States manage to do so well -- on its own -- for over two hundred and fifty years? Yeah, it's not "people" who're dumb and need to be told; it's you.
appearances are deceiving! Redditers are far more stupid than they look. It's like the old saying, "You can put as much whipped cream on a turd as you like but it's still a turd."
