The hell is a cis? So was this a female pretending to be male that got rejected at a sausage fest or a male halfway transitioned? I have no idea what this story means.

just ignore that "cis", it's unimportant knowledge and just giving them more power for their strangeness. in the end this crazy ppl will get destroyed eventually, let them enjoy their last time.

Don't always ignore it. It's often used as a slur. "Die cis scum" and "kill all cis" are a quite common thing to see in trans groups.
