Think about what you are saying.

What is the alternative system? If you're drunk, anything goes? By killing a fifth of fireball, a woman basically implicitly agrees to wave all protection from sexual aggression/violence? That's insane.

Rape can be bad and also women/men should be responsible for their own safety when they drink. The two can exist at the same time.

They should. And if they commit a criminal act while wasted, like fingering an unconscious woman in a back alley, they should still be expected to take responsibility for their actions.
