So, my Sidewise crapped out AGAIN yesterday.
I love Brave browser except it doesn't have vertical tabs and the closest thing is the Sidewise addon. When it gets overloaded it crashes. And it can lose a week or more.
So now I have no idea where I am. My dozens of little projects are in chaos or lost.
I don't believe in "signs" but it's as good a time as any to start wrapping up.
I "discovered" SaidIt in late Nov or Dec. I got sucked right in. I didn't mean to stay so long but I like it so much I had to make a soft cut off date, end of Feb. I won't disappear but I'll be focusing on my projects and sharing them here for feedback.
Also I find it very stressful to keep up with all the posts and discussions and chaos and half the time I feel like I'm blindfolded in a maze, talking a lot to an audience that may or may not even read nor respond. I'm always thinking I need to be more efficient with purpose, and I won't find that while trying to drink from the firehose. That's why I don't do email much either.

I agree entirely. You're completely justified in no longer using the site every day, or even every week; it's a massive time-suck.
You can manually restore last known good state in Brave.
Edit: Only if you act quickly (within 5 minutes of starting Brave / before starting Brave) or Brave will delete the backup files.

Sidewise was the problem. Brave didn't even crash. Thanks for looking.
