Woman always looks like a woman, because she is a woman, always. Not sure why you are so obsessed on imposing onto women those male-made sex stereotypes of how we should look or behave.

That's not true. And I'm not obsessed. I'm replying to shit. On the GC - actually the LGBdroptheT - sub, someone thought a lesbian named Laine was a man larping as a woman... because Laine looks like a damn man. When GCers are mistaking gnc women for men... Houston, we have a problem.

And what? Some GC women are very lesbophobic, some lesbians are very self-hating and lesbophobic as well. It does not mean that because of this we should follow male-made stereotypes and please male gaze or that we should "stop being lesbians" - just because someone can confuse us with something else, or who thinks what we should or should not love and look like. We are lesbians and we are all about women and women only.

Well, it is not me, who is saying that women should follow sexist gender stereotypes and that lesbians must be only one way. Have the same you're wishing to others.

I care about femme visibility. Lesbianism from a sociopolitical standpoint is far more important to me than whatever the hell you're talking about.

This makes no sense. How making lesbians follow male-made sexist stereotypes and force us to date only women who are following such stereotypes - is making lesbians more visible or strong politically, or whatever you mean there? Or do you mean political lesbianism, which is not centered on love to women like actual female homosexuality - but centered on men with the idea of "I hate men" in which mostly heterosexual and bisexual women involved, who are identifying themselves as lesbians while not really being lesbians (just like all those gender woo's too, as "anyone can claim to be lesbian if hate men")?

In first case it makes no sense, and in second case it can make more sense, but it really hurts lesbians.

Butches should not represent lesbianism just because we're nonconforming and flamboyant. This has nothing to do with political lesbians. Smh you need to stop.

The other way should be true.

Women are women, always. I am not less a woman for having engineer education, I am not less of a woman when wearing pants over skirt. I am against prejudices and stereotypical views on women and always will be supporting women over patriarchic views you are trying to support. Gender stereotypes hurting women, especially lesbians, I can't see why you are supporting this gender nonsense, especially on Lesbian subsaidit. But you do you, I guess.
