how cool! i wonder how many tablespoons a large knob of butter is. hmm. i am not a cook but i'm trying to feed myself better in this pain-in-the-ass pandemic. i made this shrimp stir fry and it was awesome and easy for a non-cook like me. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ree-drummond/shrimp-stir-fry-2171534

I just made normal mash potato? But i may have overcooked em coz it was difficult to get the texture so that i could form the patty? I eventually managed to do it but obviously i had to dip them in egg before throwing into breadcrumbs and the egg would cause it to lose shape quite easily! I didnt put in enough tuna. Need to make them again sometime soon and hopefully better second time around!
