Nonsense.

Those "shitty" places have been engineered to be so, oppressed and suppressed by the establishment shadow government and their deep state going back centuries. That includes all the "shitty" places in the richest country in the world. They need the contrasts of rich and poor/shitty for leverage and exploitation.
