It would be obscenely unhealthy for love to not include conditions. That's how toxic relationships are possible: when one partner disregards the flaws and harmful actions of the other and says "well, all that matters is I love them," even if they are actively being harmed physically, emotionally, or financially by the relationship. If I got into a relationship and my boyfriend ended up intentionally severely hurting my family, I'd break up with him. Being a non-psychopath is one condition for someone to gain and keep my love. That's not unhealthy or me being too choosy.

Unconditional love should not exist between adults, it's unhealthy and dangerous to pretend it's a good idea.
