I tried to articulate what the dysphoria feels like and her response was "that sounds really hard. have you talked about this with your therapist." Of course I have, but my trans affirming therapist tells me it's my transition and I should be able to define what it looks like for myself

I just can't see the source of the problem here...

At best, I want to dissociate through her whole pregnancy until I can have my estrogen. I don't even want to wear the bits of feminine clothing I have or bother shaving my face right now.

Is your dysphoria because her pregnancy brings into stark relief what only an actual woman is able to do? Independent of gender expression like hair style and types of clothing?
