There's an "at best" at the beginning of the sentence quoted in the title and some fairly important surrounding context. He isn't as terminally narcissistic as those omissions make him seem. Still self-absorbed and primarily self-focused, however.

Either way, it's a terrible idea to have a baby with this going on. That's who neither of these two seem to be thinking about—the future kid. It's already gambling with another's life to have kids at all, much less also gambling that you have no idea how you are going to be as a parent because you're doing experiments on yourself at the same time.

I think you pumped up your portrayal of him in that post title to make that claim stick harder than it does upon reading his actual words. He might very well be, but if we don't want to be painted as people who exaggerate and sensationalize then we have to be a little more careful about how we discuss things here than you were with this post.

    I'd have happily gotten into this with you more but you kinda piqued my disinterest with your last line, there. Try responding in good faith if you want a dialogue.
